Drive Line App

When a customer drops off their vehicle into the Drive Line a Service Advisor or Valet is able to take a 360° video of the vehicle to record its current condition. This ensures that both the Service Advisor and customer are aware of the current condition and enables them to be confident that the vehicle is returned in the same or better condition. The Drive Line App strengthens the customer relationship and diminishes dealer responsibility by eliminating the need for debate over who is responsible for any damage on the vehicle while being serviced.
